For over 14 years, eSift have been supporting a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company across a wide range of roles within their head office, regional offices, service centre network and field-based operations. Our aim from the inception of the partnership was to remain agile and innovative in our approach to providing solutions for their needs. Throughout our partnership, we have offered a range of services from retained projects for new site openings, Recruitment on Demand for recruitment peaks, contingency for the hard to fill roles and social media campaigns for high volume roles.

Brand New Call Centre

  • New distribution site opened in Northampton where 1 Site Administrator, 30 Call Centre Advisors and 3 Team Managers were required
  • A retained project fee was agreed
  • eSift responsible for full front to end sourcing of candidates, considering dropout rates
  • Organised and managed assessment centre
  • Processed offers in partnership with the HR team
  • Scheduled a staggered induction process over the course of 3 weeks
  • All roles filled within the 6-week timescale
Recruitment on Demand Solution

Volume Hires for Drivers Nationwide

  • 100+ additional drivers required across their nationwide network to support the demand in their products due to Covid-19
  • Traditional advertising was deemed too expensive as was utilising agencies on a pay on placement basis
  • Social media campaign created with a nationwide reach of 1 million individuals within the first week
  • All applications were directed to the clients website from social, those from additional advertising were submitted to the regional Hiring Managers each day
  • Within 3 weeks, 37 starters were confirmed with another 73 offers made

Field Based Sales Team

  • Team of 8 field-based Product and Sales Trainers and 1 Team Manager required for a newly won client
  • Campaign went live in December with a start date for the full team of 1st January
  • A retained fee per role was agreed, providing them with the option to retain all talent presented throughout campaign
  • Organised and managed assessment centres regionally
  • All roles filled and new starters confirmed for 1st January
  • Remaining candidates/applications were then interviewed for other field-based roles available within the business, resulting in additional hires at no cost
