We provide all Consultants with a laptop and dedicated phone line. Other than with our Recruit & Retain model, many of our clients prefer to utilise their own equipment in order to overcome challenges with network restrictions and ensure all data remains in one place.”

Our Rent a Recruiter solution is 1 months notice, all other models (Hybrid, Transactional & Subscription) start from 1 months notice, this will ultimately be based on the number of Recruiters working on the account.

Our minimum contractual period is 1 month, however in order to see the true return on investment, we recommend a minimum of 3 months on new contracts

We would work closely with your internal TA/HR teams to understand the company’s strategy and approach to DEI, support an inclusive working environment and make recommendations to the overall recruitment process and onboarding, in order to achieve your goals.

We manage, train and direct all individuals engaged on your contract on a day-to-day basis to ensure maximum return on investment and allow you to utilise your time to focus on business-critical tasks.

eSift takes the appropriate measures to safeguard any personal data and remain compliant, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (2018).

Our Rent-a-Recruiter and Recruit & Retain models are billed on the first day of the agreement and each month thereafter. The Transactional model is billed at the end of each month and our Hybrid model is billed in 2 parts, with the management fee following the same billing as Rent-a-Recruiter and the transactional element being billed at the end of each month.

Additional costs to cover travel expenses, recruitment tools or to utilise our partners (testing, tech and media) would be approved by you and invoiced back to your business for an additional monthly charge.
