I recently acknowledged on LinkedIn a member of staff Katherine Quinn, who had just celebrated 10 years with eSift. Although as a business we place a huge amount of emphasis on employee engagement, credit must be given to those individuals who have worked through challenging markets and remained agile to meet the needs of our clients.

As a small business, I feel incredibly blessed that in addition to Katherine Quinn, there are two other employees with over 10 years’ service, Lauren Morley and Louise Miles who are part of the leadership team. Their loyalty and experience have many advantages, but the overriding factor must be continuity which is far reaching across so many elements of a business. ….

  • Company stability
  • Cultural continuity
  • Increased brand reputation
  • Deeper connections amongst your team
  • Perseverance through challenging times
  • Cost reduction e.g. hiring new employees, induction, training.
  • Improved productivity
  • Better customer experience for clients and candidate
  • Improved company culture
  • Deeper connections among your team

We recognise that new talent brings energy and diversity however, eSift is an established and successful business that has undoubtably benefited from the longevity of three players!

Thank you, Lauren Morley, Katherine Quinn & Louise Miles.
