Candidate Experience

In a landscape where technology is constantly evolving, there have been debates on how much of the recruitment process will eventually be encapsulated by AI. However, at eSift we still firmly believe that the human element is what can make a candidate experience and convey a positive employer brand.

We never like to assume that we are getting everything right, so for that reason, we follow up with candidates to gain feedback through a formal survey, across every part of the process, from initial contact to offer, along with check ins throughout their first 12 weeks of employment.

Whilst technology has provided invaluable ways to improve the recruitment process, with a market that has been difficult to navigate for many, it is still so important that candidates have the human touch throughout the process.

Throughout the period of January – July 2024, we conducted an extensive candidate feedback survey, to ensure that we are delivering on our promise to provide a positive and memorable candidate experience, whilst identifying areas for further improvement – let’s face it, no one is perfect.

We were overwhelmed with the response, as well as the specific feedback provided regarding our dedicated team and are pleased to be able to share this below:

  • 100% of candidates were very satisfied with the communication provided by eSift throughout the recruitment process.
  • 100% of candidates were very satisfied with the initial contact with eSift, and the quality of the information provided on the opportunity.
  • 95% of candidates would rate the speed of which their application was processed by eSift
  • 100% of candidates would recommend eSift to other job seekers
  • 92% of candidates were very satisfied with the overall service provided by eSift

“Katherine has been very thorough and diligent throughout the whole process; she is a credit to your company.”

Whilst we are pleased with the responses we have received, we are still committed to ensure we continue to improve our candidate experience, therefore we will be taking on board all feedback and will further strengthen our approach and processes.
